          WE SERVED YOU WELL

“Bill has demonstrated mastery of physician compliance concepts and their practical application in a large Integrated Healthcare System. From the daily management of coding and documentation issues, to the complexities of Conflict of Interest and Network-wide policy implementation, Bill has consistently anticipated the compliance climate and provided sound advice and direction.”
          Keith SmithEsquire
“The Dacey Group has been a valuable contributor of up-to-date, insightful articles and commentaries on physician coding and compliance issues for St. Anthony Publishing/Ingenix, one of the nation’s largest health care publishing companies. Bill is also a dynamic speaker who manages to make dry coding and documentation information exciting. During his presentations, he creates a sense of energy and empowerment among audience members. Bill and his auditors have decades of hands-on experience with physician education and auditing…These folks know what they’re doing. And they know how to impart that knowledge to others.” –
Jayne Hill, Editorial Director, St. Anthony Publishing
“Bill is simply the best I’ve ever seen at talking to physicians about E/M coding. His personal efforts resulted in doubled revenues and high documentation compliance rates for several of my Primary Care groups” –

Julie Spivey, MBA, RHIT, CPC Director of Coding ComplianceOrthoCarolina
“Frankly, I was the ultimate skeptic regarding the need and utility for coding and compliance information as proposed by Dacey and his team. I am now a strong advocate of regular meetings and updates because I have the highest regard for his efforts. I, as do most cognitive service physicians, consistently undervalued my services and had to be gently persuaded that following the required guidelines was prudent. The revenue benefits can be substantial and, even alone, worth the attention of the management team at any practice. I hold Dacey’s team and style in high regard because of their ability to tailor their presentations to fit the personalities of the many independent and occasionally reluctant physicians they are asked to educate.”
